  • Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.

Property Access

  • This home is on the bottom level and is accessed by a flight of stairs.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and using their card to pay for it and must be one of the persons staying in the home for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • This home is not pet friendly and Chetola Resort does not allow pets on their premises. Pets are not allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back.
  • Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Camelia 2 offers two designated parking spots in front of the unit.

  • Kitchen includes cooking basics, utensils, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and ice-maker.
  • "Starter set" of paper products provided for short stays (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths).
  • Towels and bed linens provided.
  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
  • Washer and dryer are available.
  • Chetola Resort amenities included: daily fitness and yoga classes, Recreation Center access (heated indoor community pool, dry sauna, jacuzzi, fitness center), lake activities (paddle boats, kayaks, paddle boards, available May - October), 9-hole disc golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing rods and bait, indoor and outdoor children's play areas and seasonal camps, camp fire marshmallow roast and cocktails.

  • Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the home: one on the back patio facing behind the condo building, and one on the front facing the walkway approaching the door.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector installed.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March). Travelers should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes for lack of appropriate vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
